Coming to Netflix in April, 2019

You know the saying. Spring has definitely ‘Sprung’ at Netflix and the first of the month will see quite the laundry list of releases of originals, classics, specials and animation.

Straight out the gate, on April Fool’s Day, we can expect a splash of horror, including a double-shot of Jason Voorhees, with 2009’s Friday the 13th and Freddy vs. Jason, as well as Texas Chainsaw 3D.

There are quite a lot of returning and new series coming to Netflix in April. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: Part 2 comes back on April 5, followed by New Girl (Season 7), the second season of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power and, premiering on April 1, is the new Netflix Original, Ultraman.

The streaming service will also continue its wave of comedy specials this year with Kevin Hart: Irresponsible and Anthony Jeselnik: Fire in the Maternity Ward.

Please note: The following list does not represent the entirety of what may come out, but rather the titles that have been announced for release by the streaming service.
