Exclusive SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE Character Posters Released

We are less than a month away from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse swinging into theaters and we now have a closer look at the individual heroes appearing in the animated film with the release of several character posters via Sony Pictures.

The six character posters highlight the multigenerational and multidimensional protagonists in the film. Taking the spotlight and, still rocking those awesome Jordan 1’s, Spidey, aka Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore). He’ll be joined by the original Spider-Man, Peter Parker (Jake Johnson), Spider-Gwen (Haliee Steinfeld), Spider-Noir (Nicolas Cage), Peni Parker (Kimiko Glenn) and Spider-Ham (John Mulaney).

The two notable villains in the film include Wilson Fisk, aka The Kingpin, voiced by Liev Schreiber, and Aaron Davis, or The Prowler (Mahershala Ali).

Although there was a snippet featured in the post-credit scenes during Venom, this film and any possible sequels, don’t seem to be linked to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (as of right now).

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was adapted by Steve Ditko and written by Phil Lord. The film was directed by the trio of Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey and Rodney Rothman. As previously stated, this film is less than a month away and will land in theaters on Dec. 14, just in time for the holidays!

What do you think, is this the Spider-Man film the world needs right now? How awesome is it that Miles Morales is set to take centerstage? Who do you hope makes a cameo in the film? Let us know in the comments section below.
