“Pitter Patter, let’s get at er.” That’s right folks, Canadian sitcom Letterkenny has officially announced it’s return date. Slated for an October 14th release, the sitcom takes a different approach for it’s return to screens.
Originally debuting on Canadian TV channel Crave, season 7 returns this fall and solely as a Hulu exclusive. With New Metric-Media and DHX Media signing on the deal, Hulu will retain the show as the sole streaming platform in the United States, with Bell Media’s Crave taking the Canadian Market.
Based in a fictional town called Letterkenny, the show revolves around Wayne, played by creator Jared Keeso and his group of friends in the everyday happenings of small town life. With six episodes on the slate, what hilarities come next for the gang is exciting.
Within the small town lies the hicks, the jocks, the skids and the natives. With him and his group as a part of the hicks, there is a constant challenge from outsiders alike challenging Wayne as the toughest guy in town.
Also starring Nathan Dales as Daryl, Michelle Mylett as Katy and K. Trevor Wilson as Squirrelly Dan, it’s exciting to see the show still get so much love from audiences.
Additionally, in support of the show, Letterkenny Live! is beginning it’s small comedy tour, with shows in New York, Chicago and Minneapolis.
